Colour mismatch:
We take utmost care while photographing images to match the true colour of the apparel or jewellery. However, there might be slight colour variations due to differences in the display of the screen. Kindly note colour variation or colour mismatch will not be considered as a valid reason to process a refund.
RETURN/ REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
FOR LOCAL (SINGAPORE) CUSTOMERS
Kindly note that we do not follow a refund policy and do not offer a refund on any orders.
All products are pre-checked for quality and defects before they are shipped. Despite our best efforts, if you find the product delivered is damaged or a wrong product is delivered, the customer is requested to inform us within 24 hours of delivery through WhatsApp at +65 80924599 or email at support@aajana.com
A full unboxing/opening video of the parcel is mandatory for claiming a refund or exchange. The damage or the issue must be captured in the video for ease of claiming refunds. The products being returned or exchanged must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached. We hold all the rights to not accept the products in case they are used or damaged by the customer.
We accept the exchange within 4 working days of the registered request and hold the right to not accept the products in case received in a damaged condition or after the given time.
We do not guarantee availability of the same product in the desired colour. Exchange will entirely depend on the availability of products. Please check before requesting an exchange.
The exchange facility shall only be provided once and for all. Repetitive exchange requests shall not be entertained.
The cost of return/exchange, if any, has to be borne by the customer. The decision for any credits will be solely at the discretion of Team Aajana.
Gift cards are not eligible for cancellation/ exchange or refund.
